I have removed the club from friends, but I still get deviations and journals

Furthermore, the joining guideline says you need to do all 3 steps BEFORE requesting to join. If you couldn't do one of them then I would have requested to join but explained why I couldn't do one of them and say that I will do it as soon as a can. Or at least something along those lines. I only blocked you after you requested to be a member and responded with your "do you even check?". At that point I wasn't willing do deal with someone who responds with incredulity over a request to read an entire journal.
BTW, to remove everything you need to select the checkbox in the left column on the left side next to the club name of your "Manage Friends". If you look at the top row above all the deviants you watch, each column is entitled with either "Remove", "Friends", "Deviations", "Journal", "Scraps". By checking a box in the column below corresponding with the member name listed in the row that means you will select something specific of theres to watch or not by clicking remove.

Try using the help center when your having trouble figuring out account settings, that's what its there for. But then again it might require you to do a little more reading.
